Refund policy

• We do not offer refunds unless your item is faulty or damaged on arrival

• If product is damaged we require images of proof and once agreed for return buyer must pay postage for return

•Please ensure you have selected the correct sizing before checkout, if the sizing you have selected is incorrect a return and exchange will be at buyers expense 

• Refund will be be paid in store credit only 

 

Product Care & Replacement Policy

Our pump belts are designed for daily comfort and practicality, but like any fabric item worn around the waist and subjected to regular movement, washing, and wear, they do have a limited lifespan. On average, you can expect a lifespan of approximately 6 months with normal use, with a gentle hand wash and drying in the shade life expectancy could be longer.

If your belt vinyl starts to show signs of wear or the material is coming apart within 2 months of purchase, we’re happy to offer a replacement. Please reach out to us with your order details, and we’ll take care of the rest.
